Telehealth · Cost vs. Market

Our cost, their price, our margin

The whole business in one table: what each prescription product costs us through the 503A network, what a named competitor charges for it, and the gross margin we keep selling at that market price. Verified June 2026.

How to read this: Our cost = our wholesale 503A cost per fill. Market price = a real published cash price from the named competitor. Margin and profitare what we capture if we simply match that market price — we don't have to undercut to win. The smaller named prices under each product are additional competitor comps; where a competitor's vial is a different dose, a per-mg equivalent is noted. Each product also carries a regulatory-footing badge: green = not restricted, amber = interim status / under FDA review, red = expected-restricted / not compoundable.

Peptide line · provider-prescribed (regulatory status unresolved)

Peptides our provider network prescribes and the 503A network fulfills today. The 2026 peptide-'reclassification' headlines overstate the law: FDA's April 2026 503A action (FR 2026-07361) removed 12 of these from Category 2 because nominations were withdrawn — not because they were cleared. A PCAC advisory review of BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-C, KPV, Semax, Epitalon and DSIP is set for July 23–24, 2026, with notice-and-comment rulemaking still required after. CJC-1295, ipamorelin, AOD-9604 and Thymosin α-1 were already voted down by PCAC in 2024. Status unresolved — not 'legal again'; eligibility confirmed per launch.

The takeaway

We don't compete on price. We compete on cost.

Every competitor in the right-hand column is buying the same molecules we are. Because our cost basis is the 503A wholesale price, we can match the exact rate Hims, Henry Meds, or any peptide clinic charges and still keep 72% of the order. The pending Category-2 reclassification only widens the menu — at the same margins.

Our cost = current 503A wholesale per fill. Market prices are published competitor cash rates (June 2026); see the competitors page for sources. Doses titrate, so per-fill cost varies; figures are representative and confirmed per launch. Category estimates are labeled where no direct competitor price is published.
